Example Private Society Hoodie Order Page

This is an example of how a private ARMCHAIR ATHLETICS® society hoodie order page works.

For each society, we create a private page like this one. Your page would show your approved hoodie concept, available garment options, society artwork and the agreed order details.

This example is based on a University of Plymouth Surf Society concept. Your own page would be created using your society name, university, colours, artwork direction and approved hoodie design.

How the process works

First, we create an initial hoodie design mockup for your society free of charge.

The mockup is there to show the overall design direction, layout and style so your committee or members can review it before anything goes into production.

Once you are happy with the concept, we confirm the garment, colourways, quantities and any final order details.

We then create or update your private society order page so the batch order can be placed online through the website, just like a normal e-commerce order.

How ordering works

Your society gathers the required sizes and quantities from members internally.

Once you know the final order, the society places one batch order through the private order page.

This keeps the process simple and avoids the committee having to manage lots of separate supplier emails, invoices or individual production requests.

There is no fixed minimum order quantity. Final pricing depends on the garment, decoration method, artwork specification and total quantity ordered.

Smaller committee orders are possible, and some societies choose to place an initial committee order before arranging a larger member order later.

Final artwork approval

The first mockup does not need to be absolutely perfect before you decide to proceed. It is there to confirm the overall direction, style and concept.

Once the order details are agreed, we carry out a final artwork refinement stage before production.

This is where we can make sensible final adjustments such as spacing, positioning, sizing, colour refinements or minor artwork tweaks.

Nothing is sent to production until the final artwork has been approved.
